Kraggur arrived in Forfedhdar just prior to the rumors of the Barrier weakening and Lyras coming to Kermoria. Some say it was chance, others that it was his prophetic vision guiding him to where he was needed.
He is a Nomad in heart and soul, spending a great deal of his time in the wilds, either in the forests, on mountains, or within them. Freedom is the ideal he strives for, and, having been a slave in his younger days, is one of the issues he will act against without question.
Within the Council, Kraggur seeks to improve Forfedhdar and help share his appreciation for the westernmost province with others.

Noct made Forfedhdar her home some time back. The mountains, the crisp cool air prodded her childhood memories and felt at home within the mountain range.
A devoutee of the Triquetra, she still acknowledges the will and power of the Thirteen and shows them the respect they deserve. "Just because they are not my Gods does not make them anyless of Gods in thier own right"
Within the council she wishes to premote more religion and understanding of the Gods. Go figure religion and politics two taboo subjects over almost every dinner table.
Right now she is very occupied with the events that are unfolding, as a Prydaen an old racial enemy has breeched the barrier and that has her scampering and praying a lot to the Triquetra. Her main goal with this is to at the very least provide Lyras with less bodies to add to her army. At the very most she wishes to educate her friends and others on how to best effectively attempt to beat Lyras down as wel as protecting her new found home from suffering the same fate as her races homeland.
